Dealer Shipping — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer dealer-to-dealer auto transport?
Yes. Dealer-to-dealer transport is one of our core services. Whether you're moving a trade-in to another dealer, picking up a wholesale purchase, or delivering stock between your own locations, we dispatch carriers within 1–5 business days and offer volume pricing for dealers shipping multiple vehicles per month.
How much does dealer car shipping cost?
Dealer transport pricing is the same as standard open carrier rates: $299–$600 for under 500 miles, $700–$1,100 for mid-range routes, and $900–$1,400 for coast-to-coast. We offer discounted volume rates for dealers shipping 5+ vehicles per month. Contact our commercial team for a custom rate sheet.
Can you ship multiple vehicles at once for a dealership?
Yes. We can arrange multi-car loads for dealerships, which significantly reduces the per-unit cost. An 8-car open carrier load is far cheaper per vehicle than shipping individually. We match your units with partial loads heading in the right direction to minimize cost and transit time.
Do you work with independent dealers and franchise dealers?
We work with both independent used car dealers and franchise dealers (Ford, Chevy, Toyota, BMW, etc.). Any FMCSA-licensed motor dealer can book with us. We don't require long-term contracts — you can book one vehicle or 50 per month.
Can you pick up from Manheim, ADESA, or other dealer auctions?
Yes. We coordinate pickup from every major wholesale auction: Manheim, ADESA, OVE, SmartAuction, EDGE Pipeline, as well as salvage auctions (Copart, IAAI). We handle lot release, auction check-out procedures, and transport to your dealership or any other destination.
Can you ship a vehicle directly from my lot to a buyer in another state?
Absolutely. Many dealers use us for customer delivery shipping — a buyer purchases a vehicle from your inventory online and we pick it up from your lot and deliver it to their home. We offer open transport for standard vehicles and enclosed transport for premium and high-value deliveries.
Do you offer enclosed transport for dealer inventory?
Yes. Enclosed transport is available for luxury, exotic, classic, or low-mileage vehicles. Open transport is more economical for standard inventory. We can mix open and enclosed units on the same account depending on the vehicle.

Carrier Matching from Our Vetted Network
We dispatch your shipment to a carrier in our vetted network — every one with active FMCSA authority, current insurance, and a documented track record. You see the carrier's info before booking is final.
Pickup Scheduling & Bill of Lading
We coordinate a pickup window with you and the driver. At pickup, the driver completes a Bill of Lading with photo documentation of the vehicle's exact condition — protecting both sides.
Door-to-Door Transport with Tracking
Your vehicle moves directly to its destination — no terminal stops. GPS tracking and direct contact with the driver throughout transit, with progress updates along the route.
Delivery & Joint Inspection
The driver calls 1–2 hours before arrival. You and the driver inspect the vehicle together against the original Bill of Lading photos, sign off, and you take the keys. Payment is due at delivery.
