1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at uwoncarriers.com or requesting services from Uwon Carriers LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Uwon Carriers LLC

Uwon Carriers LLC is a licensed motor vehicle transport broker registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) under USDOT #4445336. We arrange transportation of motor vehicles between shippers and licensed carriers. We are a broker, not a carrier — we do not own or operate the trucks that physically transport vehicles.

3. Services

Our services include:

• Connecting customers (shippers) with FMCSA-licensed auto transport carriers
• Providing price estimates and binding quotes for vehicle transport
• Coordinating pickup, transit, and delivery logistics
• Providing real-time shipment tracking and customer support

All price estimates displayed on our website are for informational purposes only. Final binding quotes are provided in a separate transport order agreement.

4. Booking & Payment

• No Upfront Deposit: We do not require a deposit at booking. Payment is due only after a carrier is dispatched and you have approved the final rate.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers.
• Cancellations: Orders cancelled before carrier dispatch are free of charge. Cancellations after carrier dispatch may incur a fee — see your transport order for specific terms.
• Price Changes: Final carrier rates may differ from initial estimates due to fuel prices, carrier availability, and market conditions. You will be notified of the final rate before carrier dispatch.

5. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

You agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information including year, make, model, and operational condition (running/non-running)
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to pickup (carriers are not responsible for items left inside)
• Ensure the vehicle has sufficient fuel (1/4 tank recommended) for loading and unloading
• Disclose any modifications that affect vehicle dimensions, clearance, or weight
• Have the vehicle available at the agreed pickup location and time

6. Insurance & Liability

All carriers in our network maintain FMCSA-required cargo insurance (minimum $100,000 per load). At pickup, a Bill of Lading (BOL) is completed documenting the vehicle's pre-transport condition. Any transport damage must be noted on the BOL at delivery and reported to us within 24 hours.

As a licensed broker, Uwon Carriers LLC arranges transportation but is not liable for damage caused by carriers. Carrier liability is governed by the terms of the carrier's insurance policy and the Bill of Lading. We assist customers in filing damage claims with carriers.

We are not liable for: delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical failure; loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle; damage not noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery.

7. Transit Times

Transit time estimates are provided as a guide only. Actual transit times may vary due to weather, traffic, route conditions, carrier scheduling, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless an expedited service with guaranteed dates has been purchased.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Uwon Carriers LLC or its licensors and is protected by US copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website
• Impersonate any person or entity

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uwon Carriers LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
