I bought a car online out of state — how do I get it shipped to me?

Get a free quote from us with the vehicle's current location (city/state) and your delivery address. Once you book, we coordinate directly with the seller or auction house for pickup. You don't need to be present at pickup — the seller can release the vehicle with a signed authorization.

Can you pick up from a private seller?

Yes. If you bought from a private party on Facebook Marketplace, CarGurus, or any other platform, we coordinate pickup directly with the seller. All we need is the seller's contact info, pickup address, and a release authorization from you.

Can you pick up from an auto auction like Copart or IAAI?

Yes — this is very common. We work with Copart, IAAI, Manheim, SmartAuction, and other auction platforms regularly. Provide the lot number and auction location, and we handle the rest. Note: you must have completed the title transfer before pickup.

How fast can you pick up my purchased car?

Standard pickup is typically within 3–7 days of booking. If the seller or auction has a release deadline, book express shipping for 1–3 day pickup. Always tell us if there's a time constraint at booking.

Can I track my car during shipping?

Yes. Once your carrier is assigned, you receive the carrier's direct contact information. We also provide en-route updates so you know where your vehicle is throughout transit.

What if the car looks different than the listing photos?

We document the vehicle's condition at pickup with a Bill of Lading inspection report. If there's pre-existing damage, it's noted before the vehicle is loaded. This protects you from any claims that damage occurred during transport that was actually pre-existing.

Do I need the title in my name before shipping?

For auction vehicles, the title must be in your name or properly assigned before transport. For private seller purchases, we can pickup before title transfer in many cases — check with your specific state's rules. We recommend completing the title transfer first whenever possible.
